    1. Product Overview

    Our company specializes in two foundational product series: Nylon Pipes and Nylon-Steel Composite Pipes. Engineered to withstand the most demanding industrial environments, our pipelines offer the following core advantages:

    Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities: Fully equipped to produce special piping systems with ultra-large diameters up to DN2000mm and pressure ratings ranging from 1.0 to 4.0 MPa.

    Wide Industry Application: We have developed dedicated piping systems for oil and gas fields, soda ash and chlor-alkali industries, salt/phosphorus chemicals, and municipal water supply. Our products are widely deployed in key projects across the petroleum, chemical, mining, power generation, and seawater desalination sectors.

    Acid Resistance: Weight gain ≤ 0.45% (Soaked in 10% H₂SO₄ for 10 days)

    Alkali Resistance: Weight loss ≥ 0.25% (Soaked in 40% NaOH for 10 days)

    Milky white / slightly yellow; smooth inner and outer surfaces, free from bubbles, scratches, or dents
